At Cricket Education Services LLP, a cricket coaching academy operating under the brand name ‘SIX’ (“SIX”, “we”, “us”) we are committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors/users (“you”, “your”, “User”) of our website: https://www.sixcricket.in (“Platform"). Through the Platform, SIX provides users with information regarding SIX, its coaching programmes (“Programmes”) and trainees (“Trainees”) and provides Trainees and their guardian with the ability to register for Programmes, track a Trainee’s progress in the Programmes and to make payments with respect to the Programmes and other facilities availed from SIX (“Services”).
Your privacy is important to us and we aim for our Platform to be a safe and enjoyable environment for our audience. We respect and safeguard the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) we receive and collect from you on our Platform and in the course of our other interactions online.

We may collect Personal Information for registration on the Platform or for any Programmes, including but not limited to information about your personal identity such as name, age, photograph, your contact details such as your email address, postal addresses, telephone (mobile or otherwise) and/or fax numbers. The information may also include information such as your billing information, payment history, etc. (as shared by you) and any other information relating to income and/or lifestyle
3.1 SPI means such personal information which consists of information relating to your password; physical, physiological and mental health condition; medical records and history; biometric information, sexual orientation and financial information (such as bank account details or credit card numbers) and such other information specified as constituting SPI under the applicable laws of India.
3.2 Any SPI collected by SIX shall not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, save as otherwise set out in this Policy or the Terms of Use or as provided in a separate written agreement between SIX and you or as required by law. It is clarified that this condition shall not apply to publicly available information, including SPI, in relation to you on the Platform.
3.3 However, you acknowledge that in the course of providing the Services, SIX may receive SPI, either when you voluntarily choose to update your profile with information related to your identity, physical and physiological condition, medical records or financial information, or from such content posted by you on the Platform, and you hereby consent and agree to allow SIX to store and disclose it in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
3.4 It is clarified that with respect to any SPI that you may share with SIX, you have the sole right to determine whether you want to share such information with SIX.

Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by you. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from persons below the age of 18 (eighteen) years (“Minors”) unless agreed and accepted by such Minor’s parent or legal guardian. Further, we do not knowingly allow Minors to avail our Services and Minors may only receive our Services pursuant to their parent or legal guardian consenting and allowing access to our Services. In the event a minor utilizes the Services, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the legal guardian or parents and such use is made available by the legal guardian or parents. SIX does not warrant that this Platform, its servers, or emails sent by us or on our behalf are virus free. SIX will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Platform, including, but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

If such a transfer results in a material change in the use of your SPI and Personal Information, SIX will provide notice about the choices you have to decline to permit such a transfer.
