At Cricket Education Services LLP, a cricket coaching academy operating under the brand name ‘SIX’ (“SIX”, “we”, “us”) we are committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors/users (“you”, “your”, “User”) of our website: (“Platform"). Through the Platform, SIX provides users with information regarding SIX, its coaching programmes (“Programmes”) and trainees (“Trainees”) and provides Trainees and their guardian with the ability to register for Programmes, track a Trainee’s progress in the Programmes and to make payments with respect to the Programmes and other facilities availed from SIX (“Services”).

Your privacy is important to us and we aim for our Platform to be a safe and enjoyable environment for our audience. We respect and safeguard the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) we receive and collect from you on our Platform and in the course of our other interactions online.

Please note that this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is only applicable to the Users of the Platform and the information and data gathered therein, and not to any other information, website or platform. You are hereby advised to read this Policy carefully and fully understand the nature and purpose of gathering and/or collecting any sensitive, personal and other information and the usage, disclosure and sharing of such information. 1. Information Gathered

Information submitted through the Platform is stored in a database. Specifically, we may store the name, phone number, e-mail address, and other SPI and Personal Information (as defined below) of the Users of our Platform who wish to interact with SIX. In addition, we may collect demographic information such as information about your computer, hardware, software, platform, media, Internet Protocol (IP) address and connection, information about online activity such as feature usage and click paths and other data that you may provide in surveys or online profiles.

1.2 We will provide you the option to withdraw consent that you have already provided with respect to the collection of your Personal Information. Such option may be exercised by you, by writing to us at, or in such other manner as may be specified on the Platform. Please note, however, that withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective and will be in accordance with the terms of this Policy, the Terms, and applicable laws. However, in the event that you opt out as specified hereinabove, you may no longer be able access certain features or avail certain services of the Platform.

2. Personal Information

Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify you, that is not otherwise publicly available, including but not limited to your first and last name, age, place of residence, email address, phone number or other contact information. We may collect Personal Information for registration on the Platform or for any Programmes, including but not limited to information about your personal identity such as name, age, photograph, your contact details such as your email address, postal addresses, telephone (mobile or otherwise) and/or fax numbers. The information may also include information such as your billing information, payment history, etc. (as shared by you) and any other information relating to income and/or lifestyle

3. Sensitive Personal Information

3.1 SPI means such personal information which consists of information relating to your password; physical, physiological and mental health condition; medical records and history; biometric information, sexual orientation and financial information (such as bank account details or credit card numbers) and such other information specified as constituting SPI under the applicable laws of India.

3.2 Any SPI collected by SIX shall not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, save as otherwise set out in this Policy or the Terms of Use or as provided in a separate written agreement between SIX and you or as required by law. It is clarified that this condition shall not apply to publicly available information, including SPI, in relation to you on the Platform.

3.3 However, you acknowledge that in the course of providing the Services, SIX may receive SPI, either when you voluntarily choose to update your profile with information related to your identity, physical and physiological condition, medical records or financial information, or from such content posted by you on the Platform, and you hereby consent and agree to allow SIX to store and disclose it in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

3.4 It is clarified that with respect to any SPI that you may share with SIX, you have the sole right to determine whether you want to share such information with SIX.

4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

4.1 Some of our web pages may also utilise “cookies” and other tracking technologies. A “cookie” is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about your activity on our Platform. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by you. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. 5. Uses of SPI and Personal Information

5.1 We may use SPI, Personal Information and other information received and collected from you to provide the Services you have requested, including for the purpose of announcements, or sending you updates or to contact you upon your request, or to respond to your query and when otherwise necessary. We may also use Personal Information for auditing, research and analysis, and to operate and improve our Services. In certain circumstances, we may share aggregated, non-personal information with third parties. When we use third parties to assist us in processing your SPI and Personal Information, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We may also share such information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and Services.

5.2 Third parties provide certain Services available on our Platform and on our behalf. We may provide information, including SPI and Personal Information, to third-party service providers to help us deliver information, manage payments and Services efficiently and effectively. Service providers are also an important means by which we maintain our Platform and mailing lists. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect Personal Information on our behalf through confidentiality agreements and otherwise. Your SPI and Personal Information may be collected and stored on servers located in the territory of India and such other countries as we may disclose from time to time.

6. Confidentiality and Security

6.1 We will keep confidential and protect your SPI and Personal Information except where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

6.2 We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the SPI and Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and, once we receive it, for storage and disposal. When you enter sensitive information on our registration forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). All information we gather is securely stored within databases controlled by us. The databases are stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your SPI and Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6.3 We also believe that the internet is an ever-evolving medium. We may periodically review from time to time and change our Policy to incorporate such future changes as may be considered appropriate, without any notice to you. Our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the Policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new Policy may be. Any changes to our Policy will be posted on this page, so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

6.4 We limit access to SPI and Personal Information to employees, agents, advisors and consultants who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide Services to you or in order to do their jobs.

6.5 We retain your Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws, for a period no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under any applicable law. However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, to enable SIX to exercise its legal rights and/or defend against legal claims or if required by law or for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to retain your data in anonymised form for analytical and research purposes.

7. Minor’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from persons below the age of 18 (eighteen) years (“Minors”) unless agreed and accepted by such Minor’s parent or legal guardian. Further, we do not knowingly allow Minors to avail our Services and Minors may only receive our Services pursuant to their parent or legal guardian consenting and allowing access to our Services. In the event a minor utilizes the Services, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the legal guardian or parents and such use is made available by the legal guardian or parents. In the event we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a Minor without the knowledge or consent of their parent or legal guardian, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 8. Third Party Websites

If you click on a link to a third party site or otherwise leave the Platform, you will go to a website that is outside the purview of our control. As we cannot control the activities of third parties, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your SPI and Personal Information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as we do. The use of SPI or Personal Information by such websites shall be governed by the privacy policies provided therein. Therefore, if you visit a third party website that is linked to our Platform, you should consult that website's privacy policy before providing any SPI or Personal Information.

9. Conditions of Use

SIX does not warrant that this Platform, its servers, or emails sent by us or on our behalf are virus free. SIX will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Platform, including, but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

10. Contacting You

10.1 We may contact you using the Personal Information you have given us:

  • In relation to the functioning of any Service you have signed up for in order to ensure that we can deliver the Services to you;
  • In relation to any transaction entered by you on our Platform;
  • Where you have opted to receive further correspondence;
  • Where you have issued a query or requested information from us;
  • To invite you to participate in surveys, opinion polls, etc., about our Services or otherwise (participation is always voluntary); and

In the event that ownership or control of SIX was to change, your SPI and Personal Information may be transferred. If such a transfer results in a material change in the use of your SPI and Personal Information, SIX will provide notice about the choices you have to decline to permit such a transfer.

12. Accuracy

To the extent that you do provide us with SPI and Personal Information, we wish to maintain accurate and current SPI and Personal Information. Where we collect SPI and Personal Information from you on our Platform, should you need to update or correct that SPI or Personal Information, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes in your SPI or Personal Information that we hold as soon as practicable. 15. Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Policy, in whole or in part, in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of this Policy in such jurisdiction and this Policy shall continue to operate to its fullest extent, permissible under law.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Privacy Policy. The said Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the courts of Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes arising out of the same.
